At the core of the product is an Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) cabinet and ducting architecture. EPP brings exceptional thermal insulation, acoustic damping and chemical stability while dramatically reducing weight compared with metal housings. The result is reduced heat loss, lower vibration and noise, and a cabinet that resists corrosion and moisture without heavy framing or thick insulation. EPP’s modular snap-fit construction also enables tool-free access for service and filter changes. 

Air purification is handled by a multi-stage in-duct system engineered for whole-home effectiveness. A pre-filter captures large particles, a high-efficiency HEPA or MERV-rated media stage removes fine particulates (including PM2.5), and an activated-carbon stage reduces VOCs and odors. Optional UV-C or PCO modules inactivate microbes on the airstream, keeping coils cleaner and reducing biological growth inside ductwork for healthier air distribution. When paired with the HVAC blower, the system cleans every room automatically as air circulates. 

For projects seeking ventilation energy savings, an EPP-based Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) variant is available. The EPP ERV design offers high heat-exchange efficiency with minimal weight — in some models heat recovery efficiencies approach industry-leading figures, helping reduce heating and cooling loads while bringing controlled fresh air into occupied spaces. The light, insulated EPP structure also simplifies installation and transport on job sites. 

Installation and serviceability were prioritized during design: lightweight EPP duct sections and snap-together enclosures reduce install time and mounting complexity, and filter access panels are engineered for quick swaps without special tools. Low operational resistance helps the HVAC blower maintain efficiency and reduces long-term energy costs.
